Carpet Cleaning Service Policy

Valuable Services:

  1. Carpet Cleaning, Sanitizing, Anti-Allergen and Protecting

  2. Upholstery Cleaning, Sanitizing, Anti-Allergen and Protecting

  3. Granite cleaning and sealing

  4. Carpet repairs and stretching (restrictions apply)

  5. Leather cleaning, moisturizing, protecting, coloring and some repairs.

  6. Mattress sanitizing and cleaning

  7. Other services may be available through our Co-Op relations, please ask if we can provide a referral for your specific needs.

Preparation for your scheduled cleaning:

  1. Care should be taken to secure pets before our arrival

  2. Please have cars removed from the driveway or garage if you need to use them during the cleaning

  3. Ensure driveway and sidewalks are clear of snow and debris or breakables

  4. Furniture moving is not included in our service. As you desire, please remove any furniture from carpet that we will be cleaning (additional fees will apply if furniture is moved during the cleaning)

  5. Carpet Stretching – ALL furniture must be absent from the carpet

Fees / Costs:

  1. Only services listed on the Work Order are included in the price.  Additional services will cost extra.

  2. Most cleanings are charged by the square foot and Area prices are subject to size limits.

  3. Furniture Moving: $10-$20 per item if moved by any party during the carpet cleaning

  4. Onsite quotes without service – $200.00

  5. Travel fee – $200.00 (Waived when cleaning service is provided on same visit)

  6. Consultation for damage or insurance claims charged $200 per hour

  7. Product and Labor for heavily soiled areas, stains, or pet issues requires extra charge – guarantee void if not applied when required

  8. Flood, urine, coffee, tea, wine & oil are considered restorative cleaning and require extra charge

  9. Stop payment or NSF will be charged: collection fees, late fees and returned check fees, plus the cost of work. Discounts, if any, will be eliminated.

  10. Blood, feces and vomit are considered hazards and require additional charges

Pre-Cleaning inspection:  Technician will:

  1. Establish quantity of rooms and stairs and any special needs

  2. Measure the rooms (we measure from wall to wall, as if it were empty – no credit is given for remaining furniture)

  3. Determine any concerns (spills, odors, heavy soil, excess wear, etc)

  4. Discuss any change to the work order or pricing before beginning work

  5. Require payment upon departure of either party – customer or technician

  6. Verify pre-arrange payment for absentee or third-party customers before company arrival

Post Cleaning:  Customer should:

  1. Avoid walking on carpet until dry

  2. Know that guarantees vary depending on service requested or allowed and that services performed at no charge have no guarantee.

  3. Be aware that only lightly soiled cleanings dry within 1-2 hours; Heavy soiling will greatly extend dry times.

  4. Acknowledge that Pet Urine Removal Treatment (P.U.R.T.) requires a minimum wet time of 2 days

  5. Understand that only services that we charge for, and paid for, are covered by our workmanship guarantee

Rug Cleaning and Storage Policy

  • Drop-off and Pickup must be scheduled. Please call in advance.

  • Rugs should be cleaned annually. We cannot guarantee complete removal of years of neglect in only one cleaning.

  • A basic or maintenance cleaning will not provide restorative results. Undisclosed (Known or Unknown) restorative needs will not be addressed. Only the service(s) ordered will be performed.

  • Restorative cleaning is a form of repair. Since there are potential hazards, a written or verbal authorization is required for this work to be performed.

  • All services are priced individually: Pre-Treat, Sanitize, PURT, Clean, Stain Removal, Fringe color restoration and other unique repairs.

  • It is common for the fringes and backing to be permanently stained. The face fibers are our focus.

  • Only double-sided rugs will be cleaned on both sides and only when agreed upon by both parties. Because it can take twice as ling, two sides will be twice the cost of only one side.

  • You accept responsibility for choosing to have your rug cleaned. If we can’t solve the problem, we will not buy you a new one. Payment is still required.

  • Pickup rugs within 72 hours of being contacted regarding their completion. We reserve the right to charge $5 per day per rug for storage.
